Top notch design firm, dedicated to developing a wide range of custom learning solutions for several fortune 100 companies including AT&T and IBM.
I was assigned to help develop additional modules for the company Dashboard application. The Dashboard application is a PHP-MySQL web application used internally by employees, for everything from recording timesheets to tracking projects and running reports. Alongside several code changes and bug fixes I was asked to implement an alert system, that would visually notify users on such events as their timecard not being submitted, or if a user was assigned to a project.
This project was really helpful for me because it allowed me to further my knowledge of PHP & MySQL and gave me more real world practice in developing Object Oriented (OO) web-based applications. It was also a good experience for me to learn to adapt to other coding styles and work within a given coding framework / architecture.
