Synopsis

The Leadership Website is a resource for leaders that organizes a collection of documents, articles and websites to allow leaders to properly manage themselves and others effectively and efficiently. The site is not only used actively by employees within the US, but also by Global Teams and their leaders.

I was responsible for programming the dynamic portions of the front-end website, as well as a backend admin tool, to allow site administrators / content managers to add new content to the site. In addition to this programming work, I also worked on a dynamic flash Leadership Model that allowed users to access different portions of the site.
