Synopsis
The EZ-Survey application is used internally by AT&T Learning employees to deliver custom made surveys internally to users.
I was asked to convert the existing ASP version of the EZ-Survey application to Coldfusion. This involved the design & architecture of the backend SQL Server Database, as well as the design, and layout of the application. Because of the redesign, several new features (such as reporting) not existent in the legacy applications were requested, and I incorporated them into the new application. One challenging aspect of this project was incorporating the login feature of the application with AT&T's custom common gateway framework to allow a single signon solution to any applications deployed on their servers. In addition to incorporating this security framework, I was also responsible for linking the application to AT&T's LDAP directory to retrieve employee information for use within the application.
